Head of Sales Scandinavia
Our Scandinavian sales team is growing, and we are looking for a performance-driven leader to motivate the team to achieve our ambitious goals. You will be managing a team in B2B sales, supporting with key account priorities to ensure we continue to grow our home market with long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B sales performance in the Scandinavian market according to the overall company strategy
Stay updated on the retail landscape in the outdoor, sport and/or fashion in Scandinavia
Equip a sales team with sales performance targets and supporting tools to supervise developments
Motivate and manage sales representatives to help them perform at their best
Cross-functional collaboration to e.g. a GTM strategy and execute accordingly
Build long-term relationships with key accounts in Scandinavia to help grow our brand awareness while also focusing on sell-through and life time customer happiness
You have an academic record in business and management, preferably on a master's level and with en entrepreneurial spirit
You have a proven track record in sales and sales performance either in the field or as part of a back-office team
You are passionate about the Db brand and familiarize yourself with our brand values and our communities
You have a nose for business and an eye for details
You build trust in negotiations and have long-term views on building business relationships
